Lakeland Dairies is a farmer owned, farmer controlled Irish dairy co-operative with a proud heritage of excellence spanning over 120 years. We process approximately 1.8 billion litres of high quality fresh milk each year, collected from our 3,200 family farms where cows graze on lush green pastures across the northern half of the island of Ireland.

We specialise in long life products, and use automated, modern production techniques with rigorous quality controls to underpin our entire process. Our product portfolio includes cream, milk portions, butter and ice cream which are trusted by chefs and enjoyed by consumers around the world.

Millac Gold has all the benefits of dairy cream with enhanced product versatility. Made from a blend of buttermilk, vegetable oil and dairy cream it is ideal for whipping and cooking.
